Flex
The Flex Bundle™ was introduced to allow customers to purchase
their base system (starting at 8 ports) and add upgrades in 8 and 16 port increments (for a total of up to 64 ports)
right at their PC. This system is the single most copied system in the DNC market today.
Flex/2
One of the issues every DNC customer must deal with is the length
limitation of RS232 cable. The Flex/2 Bundle allows you to distribute your I/O Hubs around your shop floor and
across departments and buildings to minimize RS232 cable distances and maximizes performance. Full, simultaneous
support for 128 CNC's from one PC.
Flex/N
The most popular and advanced LAN Based DNC system available.
Today, corporate networks expand beyond the front office and engineering department. Network backbones are found
on 80% of the manufacturing shop floors. This system leverages the existing investment in LAN infrastructure and
supports up to 256 CNC's per DNC Server PC.
Wirless DNC
Uniquelink wireless devices are the ideal choice for connecting
your RS-232/422 serial devices such as CNC Machines, Bar coders, or Controllers to a Wireless LAN. Our communications
software will be able to access the serial devices from anywhere over a local WLAN, or the Internet. Moreover,
the WLAN environment offers an excellent solution for applications in which the serial devices are moved frequently
from place to place.
Bar Coding
UniqueLink Bar Code Readers (BCR's) are designed to work both
with older NC and CNC controls with limited displays and keyboards, or to further reduce the time taken to control

Instead of editing and punching out a Remote Request™ program operators
can simply swipe a bar code and set the machine to read. This can be applied for all the functionality found inside
Predator DNC™ such as uploading, downloading and printing of CNC data.
RS232 Cabling
High quality, application specific cable is an essential component
in any reliable shop floor communications network. For those of you who may have had the misfortune of restringing
thousands of feet of cable to combat noise and data transmission problems, Predator has you covered. Predator did
one better by developing the most reliable and powerful RS232 cable available (world wide), they put together a
system that provides customers with an entire cable solution.
BTR Cards
Predator BTR's eliminate the necessity of paper tape usage on
older NC and CNC machines. Predator BTR's add an RS-232 or RS-422 port to your existing NC and CNC machines allowing
sending, receiving, and drip feeding large NC or CNC programs. Predator BTR's RS-232 or RS-422 port allows plug
and play compatibility with PCs, and Predator CNC Editor, Predator DNC, Predator Desktop, and Predator MDC. Predator
BTR's include all required tape reader and tape punch cables, connectors, and power supply if required.
